PowHer New York invites you to our Inaugural Equity Summit on October 13, 2022.
Over the past two years, we saw the responsibilities of women as caretakers, as workers, and as the lifelines for their families multiply and challenges exacerbated. Now, we face a new reality after the Supreme Court ruling that strips women of their reproductive rights. New York will not go back. We are uniquely positioned to propel change and be a pivotal laboratory to create a path forward that is equitable to all women.
Mark your calendar for an afternoon of dynamic conversations with state and national experts and thought leaders. Together we will explore, challenge and take action for a new socio-economic model that re-values women’s work, improves the economic well-being of women—especially caregivers—and contributes to an equitable future for all New Yorkers.
