As part of the Center for Community Alternatives' Summer Organizing Institute, you'll learn the ins-and-outs of grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy and campaign strategy. You'll also meet leaders, advocates and organizers across the state as we collectively build a movement to end mass incarceration and fight for the change our communities need.
If you've wanted to deepen your organizing and advocacy skills or learn more about how to get laws passed, this is your moment! The Institute will begin Saturday, July 30th and then run weekly on Tuesday evenings (6-8pm) from August 2nd through September 13th. All sessions will take place on Zoom.
